- •1.All post exploratory laparotomy patients with age 18-60 years admitted in ICU for mechanical ventilation.
排除标准
- •1.Those patients already diagnosed with an IFI before enrolment
- •2.Those who will be neutropenia at the time of enrolment
- •3.Those who will be already diagnosed with HIV
- •4.Already who will be diagnosed with malignancy
- •5.Being transplant recipients
- •6.Those who will receive antifungals in the two weeks prior to enrolment
- •7.Covid 19 positive or Covid suspect patients
