Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Eligible patients with osteoarthritis who were candidates
  • for primary TKA were consecutively enrolled in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Patients with previous lower extremity fractures, previous
  • high tibial osteotomy, and other causes of osteoarthritis and
  • wound infection or pulmonary thromboemboli were considered as exclusion criteria. The ones who did not return
  • for follow\-up were excluded from the study.
