Patient complaints of difficulty in distant vision. (-0.5 D to -6D)
Patients in the age group of 5-25 years
Patients who are ready to sign an informed consent form and parent assent form (for minors)
Pathological myopia, high myopia with degenerative and retinal changes associated with
endocrinal and nutritional disorder.
Myopia associated with neighboring structural deformation like cataract, corneal opacity.
Patients suffering from any of the systemic disorders such as hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis,
syphilis etc
