Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients with clinical signs and symptoms of Plantar Facitis (Vatkantaka)
2.Age between 20 to 60 years.
3.Irrespective of religion, sex and socio-economic status
Exclusion Criteria
1.Fractures of the foot ,
2.Pagetâ??s disease affecting the calcanium,
3.Rupture of Achilles tendon,
4.vascular disorders of lower extrimities,
