- •men and women, Age between 60 and 84 years

- •Clinically relevant or chronic infections, surgery within the last 8 weeks, joint replacement within the last 6 months, diagnosed tumor within the last 5 years, any contradiction to perform physical exercise activities as judged by the physician, acute cardiac events within the last 12 months or angina pectoris at severe physical strain.
