Inclusion Criteria
Age equal and more than 65 years
Femoral neck fracture
Intertrochanteric fracture
Subtrochanteric fracture
Fracture equal and less than7 days
Surgery after admission equal and more than 48 hr
Early ambulation equal and less than 24 hr after surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Screening : diagnosed with VTE
before surgery
Periprosthetic fracture
Pathological fracture
Patient who loss follow up whithin 90 days after surgery
