- •Age equal and more than 65 years
- •Femoral neck fracture
- •Intertrochanteric fracture
- •Subtrochanteric fracture
- •Fracture equal and less than7 days
- •Surgery after admission equal and more than 48 hr
- •Early ambulation equal and less than 24 hr after surgery
排除标准
- •Screening : diagnosed with VTE
- •before surgery
- •Periprosthetic fracture
- •Pathological fracture
- •Patient who loss follow up whithin 90 days after surgery
