Inclusion Criteria

Signed informed consent

Systemically healthy subject

Who will be able to comply with all the procedures

Periodontally healthy patient with probing depth less than or equal to 3mm

Healed extraction sites more than 6 weeks and free of infection

Presence of single edentulous area in maxilla or mandible with buccal alveolar bone deficiency

Dehisence type of defect during implant placement

Initial implant Stability

Stable and favorable occlusal relationship, natural tooth adjacent to the implant site

Exclusion Criteria

smokers and tobacco users

Acute oral Diseases

Parafunctional habits

Traumatic occlusion

Pregnancy

Defect width, <br/ ><br>Soft tissue dehiscence, <br/ ><br>Membrane exposure, <br/ ><br>Redness, <br/ ><br>Width of keratinized tissue on facial aspect of adjacent teeth. <br/ ><br>probing pocket depth of adjacent teeth <br/ ><br>swelling <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Defect width will be evaluated at the time of surgery and at 6 months re-entry, <br/ ><br>Width of keratinized tissue and probing pocket depth will be evaluated at the time of initial examination, surgery, 4th week, 3rd months and 6th months. <br/ ><br>Soft tissue dehiscence, membrane exposure, redness and swelling will be evaluated at the time of 1st week, 4th weeks, 3rd months and 6th months after initial surgery. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>
