Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Healthy adult individuals of any age will be recruited. The upper age limit in this form is filled to proceed for completion.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Subjects with gastrointestinal diseases will be excluded.
- •2\. Subject with a recent history of probiotics or antibiotic intakes will be excluded.
- •3\. Patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases will be excluded.
- •4\. Smokers will be excluded.
- •5\. Alcohol drinkers will be excluded.
- •6\. Individuals on continuous medical treatment.
