Inclusion Criteria
100 children of ASA 1 or 2 grade, aged 2-12 years scheduled to undergo elective day care surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Children with the following conditions excluded:
Delay in milestones
Psychiatric illness
Neurodevelopment anomalies
Known hypersensitivity to benzodiazepines
Children whose parents are unable to answer questionnaire in English or Hindi.
