>Patients with an established diagnosis of knee OA according to standardized criteria (e.g., detailed medical history, physical examination, functional test, laboratory and imaging procedures, according to S2k guidelines Knee Arthrosis/Arthritis which were prepared by the German Society for Orthopedics and Orthopedic Surgery as the leading professional society)
> Willingness to participate in the study
>Age < 70 years
>Not willing/able to participate in the study
>Expected life expectancy of less than 6 months
>Previous orthopedic surgery in the three months prior to the recruitment

Name Time Method The primary endpoint of this study will be to evaluate the effectiveness of CGA (Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment) compared to standard care in improving pain, physical function, and stiffness over a six-month period using the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC). (WOMAC = Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index)
