Inclusion Criteria
allergic rhinitis
sinusitis : acute or chronic
nasal polyp grade I
Exclusion Criteria
-hypersensitivity to local anesthetics
-heart disease, hypertension, hepatic or renal disease
-pregnant or breastfeeding
-facial or sinus pain
-nasal polyp grade II and III, tumor, deviated nasal septum)
-taken oral or local decongestant within 3 days
