- •sinusitis : acute or chronic
- •nasal polyp grade I

- •-hypersensitivity to local anesthetics
- •-heart disease, hypertension, hepatic or renal disease
- •-pregnant or breastfeeding
- •-facial or sinus pain
- •-nasal polyp grade II and III, tumor, deviated nasal septum)
- •-taken oral or local decongestant within 3 days
