Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyposis
  • •Lund\- Mckay score more than 3 in PNS CT Scan
  • •Full consciousness and sign a written consent for participation in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with history of previous sinus surgery
  • •Pregnant patients or breastfeeding mothers
  • •Patients with Samter triad (asthma, allergy to aspirin, nasal polyposis)
  • •People who refuse to be involved in this research study
