Inclusion Criteria
- •50\-80years
- •NYHA Class II \- IV heart failure
Exclusion Criteria
- •Severely disabling orthopaedic and neurological problems
- •Obstructive cardiomyopathy
- •Stenotic valvular diseases
- •Uncontrolled ventricular tachyarrhythmia
- •Absence of an implantable cardioverter\-defibrillator despite a history of sudden cardiac death
- •Acute renal failure
