- •Adults aged 18 years or older
- •Admission to an intensive care unit (ICU) due to acute drug poisoning
- •Documented exposure to either:
- •Metformin alone
- •Metformin in combination with dapagliflozin
排除标准
- •Patients under 18 years of age
- •No exposure to metformin
- •Exposure to dapagliflozin without metformin
