Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • a) be employed,
  • b) have access to the Internet to complete online training sessions weekly,
  • c) be able to visit group sessions in their local area, d) give their informed consent to participate,
  • e) complete the baseline assessment (T1\)

Exclusion Criteria

  • suicide ideations, assessed by scoring \> 1 on the suicide ideations item of the Beck Inventory for Depression II (Beck et al., 1996\)
