Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •a) be employed,
- •b) have access to the Internet to complete online training sessions weekly,
- •c) be able to visit group sessions in their local area, d) give their informed consent to participate,
- •e) complete the baseline assessment (T1\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •suicide ideations, assessed by scoring \> 1 on the suicide ideations item of the Beck Inventory for Depression II (Beck et al., 1996\)
