Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with carpal tunnel syndrome
2.People involved in repetitive task of hand and wrist
3.Age 18-50 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Major CNS dysfunction (e.g., hemiplegia or ataxia).
2. Major musculoskeletal disorders and complications, e.g., loss of body parts,
rheumatoid arthritis, hand burn, joint stiffness. etc.
3. Patients who are taking insulin therapy
