- •All patients under ASA grade I- III for TURP and PCNL were included in the study (there was no specific lower or upper age limit)
排除标准
- •The following patients were excluded from the study:
- •1. Patients with chronic renal failure.
- •2. Patients with hepato- biliary dysfunction.
- •3. Patients with pre- operative biochemical derangements.
- •4. Patients with local anesthetic allergies.
- •5. Patients with contraindications to subarachnoid block (in TURP patients).
