Medication: Induction of a biologic or JAK inhibitor during the observation period, increase of prednisolone dose by more than 5 mg, and Steroid joint injections into load-bearing joints are required and administered by the attending physician. Patients who are in the hyperacute phase within 6 months of RA onset Patients who have missed more than 50% of the weekly exercise therapy program.
