People with 65 years of age or older living in the community.
People who can walk independently without walking aids.
People who hasn't been in regular exercise for the past year.
People who have not been diagnosed or treated for musculoskeletal system in the body within the last 6 months.
Neurological defects.
People with pathological abnormalities in musculoskeletal function.
People who take drugs that can affect muscle strength, gait, balance and other factors (muscle relaxers, sedatives, antidepressants, etc.).
