Patient with dislocated distal shaft fifth metatarsal fracture
above 18 years-old
Informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

clinical relevant vascular and/or neurological disorders
previous foot surgery
Rheumatoid arthritis
Unable to undergo surgery
Not being able to visit the clinic
