Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •: 1\. All road traffic accident victims with head injury who visited the tertiary care trauma center.
  • •2\. Completed medical records.
  • •3\. All the victims of road traffic accident with head injury of last 1 year time period \[Aug 2017\- July 2018], Who will come for follow up in Out patient Department neurosurgery , for prospective questionnaire

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Patients with incomplete medical records.
  • •2\. Brought dead cases.
  • •3\. Patients discharged against medical advice
