Inclusion Criteria

1. Meet the criteria of Western medicine diagnosis of lymphatic cyst after lymphadenectomy for endometrial cancer or cervical cancer and TCM syndrome differentiation of damp heat accumulation syndrome;
2. It was confirmed by B-ultrasound imaging that it was a lymphatic cyst, and the maximum diameter and length of the cyst was >= 4cm;
3. Women aged from 18 to 65 years;
4. Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnant, pregnant or lactating women in the last three months;
2. It is complicated with serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, and mental patients;
3. Related symptoms caused by other diseases confirmed by examination;
4. Patients who had been treated with the disease within two weeks;
5. Patients participating in other clinical trials;
6. Suspected or true history of alcohol and drug abuse, or other diseases or conditions that reduce the possibility of enrollment or complicate enrollment according to the judgment of the researcher, such as frequent changes in working environment, unstable living environment and other conditions that are easy to cause loss of follow-up;
7. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to be selected for this experiment due to other reasons;
8. The investigator assessed that alanine aminotransferase and / or aspartate aminotransferase >= 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value, and / or blood creatinine exceeds the upper limit of normal value, which is not suitable for the test;
9. Patients who need adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery for endometrial or cervical cancer.
