- •Both men and women
- •Stable dose of diabetes medications and insulin in the last 3 months
- •Willing to comply with the study protocol
排除标准
- •Participants with nephropathy, liver failure, heart disease
- •Participants with thyroid disorders (both hypo and hyper thyroidism), poly cystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
- •Adults with eating disorders
- •Any other type of diabetes
- •Women who are pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant
- •Participants planning for any long travel
