Be between 18 and 35 years old; Present history of at least one unilateral ankle sprain injury for at least 6 months; Have ankle instability; Present scores less than or equal to 25 points in CAIT; Do not have joint blockage of the movement by fixation of surgery, ankylosis or arthrofibrosis in the ankle; Have not had surgery in the lower limbs in the last 6 months; Do not be a gestational woman.
Absence of 2 consecutive days of training; Absence in at least one of the evaluations; To present pain or worsening of the clinical picture with the intervention.

Name Time Method That the muscular strengthening of the hip is the differential to improve the dynamic postural control of individuals with CTI.<br>It will be evaluated through dynamometry, Electromyography, SEBT and Biodex Balance System pre, during and post intervention.<br><br>
