入选标准
- •pathologically proven gastric adenocarcinoma
- •- The age is from 20 to 80.
- •- Peoperative stage is IA (T1N0M0) or IB (T1N1M0 or T2N0M0)
- •by the 7th The Union for International Cancer Control(UICC)staging.
- •- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status is 0 or 1.
- •- American Society of Anestheology (ASA) score is I or II or III.
- •- The patients provided 'informed consent' by sufficient explanation for the study

- •- the other organ malignancy
- •- the presence of severe adhesion by previous surgery
