- •Age \> 18 years old
- •Patients who require warfarin anticoagulation as part of standard of care
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who do not have informed consent
- •Patients with mechanical heart valves
- •Patients who were anticoagulated with warfarin in the last 30 days
- •Patients with liver failure
