Inclusion Criteria
Adolescents enrolled in the first year in full-time public high schools;
Adolescents who are students at the Vale do Capibaribe Regional Educational Administration in the state of Pernambuco.
Exclusion Criteria
Physical or mental disabilities; Adolescents enrolled in schools that do not implement the intervention protocol

Name Time Method Decrease time in sedentary behavior monitored by accelerometry (Actigraph) after the intervention (6 months);Improve cognitive function measured by the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test after the intervention (6 months);Increase academic performance measured by standardized Math test after the intervention (6 months);Improve attention measured by the D2 test after the intervention (6 months);Decrease depressive symptoms measured by the Depression Scale of the Center for Epidemiologic Studies (CES-D) after the intervention (6 months);Decrease in the social isolation score assessed by the Social Isolation Questionnaire after the intervention (6 months)
