Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of idiopathic Parkinson's disease and categorisation of SGA 'B' or 'C' using the PG-SGA
Exclusion Criteria
Previous surgical therapy, such as deep brain stimulation or scheduled for deep brain stimulation surgery during time of the study

Name Time Method Motor symptoms using the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) Part III, objective tremor assessment, objective balance assessment, Timed Up and Go (TUG)[Baseline, + 6 weeks, + 12 weeks for intervention and control groups];Non-motor symptoms using the Non-Motor Symptom Scale (NMSS)[Baseline, + 6 weeks, + 12 weeks for intervention and control groups];Nutritional status using 4 compartment body composition analysis, the Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA), weight, Body Mass Index (BMI)[Baseline, + 6 weeks, + 12 weeks for intervention and control groups]
