Inclusion Criteria

1. Thai female age 15-25 years old
2. Moderate to severe Acne Vulgaris as IAA grading
3.No historical allergies to topical niacinamide or Zinc
4.No historical allergies to oral doxycycline
5. Patients have not to changes their cream or medications within 4 weeks prior to the study
6. Have not received oral retinoids 6 months prior to the
study
7. Have not underwent comedone extraction, intralesional steroid, chemical peeling, laser resurfacing 1 month prior to the study,
8. No underlying diseases, such as polycystic ovarian syndrome, adrenal tumor
9. Not pregnant or breastfeeding

Exclusion Criteria

1. Decline to participate
2. Severe drug allergy
3. Take others creammedicine during the study
4. Poor compliance
