Inclusion Criteria
- •Initial inclusion criteria will be \-
- •Perimenopausal women, attending, Obstetrics and Gynaecology OPD, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
- •Women between 40 to 60 years of age.
- •Literate / should be able to read, speak\- Hindi/Punjabi/English.
- •Women or family members having a smartphone and who can use and read instructions.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with diagnosed psychiatric illness.
- •Women with unnatural menopause i.e. hysterectomy
