Inclusion Criteria
Severe sepsis/septich shock patient who requires fluid resuscitation since ED.
Age at 18 and over.
Exclusion Criteria
Other kinds of shock that not require fluid resuscitation. For example, cariogenic shock.
Present of fluid overload or congestive heart failure.
Patient of relative reject to participate the trials.
