Inclusion Criteria

1)Patients who have completed fixed orthodontic treatment requiring fixed retainers

2)OHI score of not more than1

Exclusion Criteria

Subjects with smoking habits, active caries or periodontal pockets, systemic diseases, age greater than 25 years, or a history of antibiotic therapy during the last 3 months will be excluded
