1)Patients fulfilling the American College of Rheumatology clinical classification criteria34 for diagnosing osteoarthritis of the knee (patients with walking aids included) will be included. In these criteria, the presence of knee pain along with at least three of the following six items can classify the knee osteoarthritis in the patients:
•Age > 50 year old
•Morning stiffness < 30 minutes
•Crepitus on knee motion
•Bony tenderness
•Bony enlargement
•No palpable warmth
2)Visual analog scale rating for pain: between 1 to 6
3)Willing to participate in the study
4)Both males and females
5)Age group of 45 to 75 years of age
6)Unilateral or bilateral knee osteoarthritis
1)Patients suffering from neurological conditions like stroke, upper or lower motor neuron lesions, spinal cord injuries, Parkinsonâ??s disease, multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, ataxia, epilepsy and seizures
2)Patients suffering from other Musculoskeletal conditions
3)Major medical or surgical history
4)Uncorrected visual and auditory impairments
