Inclusion Criteria
Women aged between 19 and 45 years, diagnosed with overweight / obesity (> 25 kg / m²) living in the Denisson Menezes, Maceió-AL, neighborhood or surroundings, who agreed to participate in the intervention protocol for 3 months.
Exclusion Criteria
Women who have previously used anabolic androgenic steroids or psychotropic drugs; pregnant women; infants; Individuals who presented morbid processes that resulted in prolonged hospitalization; hypertensive; And who make use of insulin.
