Inclusion Criteria
Included are 18- to 65-year-old individuals with a physician-diagnosed inflammatory bowel disease and German language proficiency.
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant as well as lactating persons and persons undergoing inpatient hospital treatment at the time of recruitment are excluded.
