Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Clinicoradiologicaly diagnosed symptomatic cases of isolated ACL tear.
  • •2\.Patient between age 18\-60 years of both sex.
  • •3\.Patient must be willing to undergo MRI scans post operatively at 3 and 6 months.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient with prior surgical procedure or significant injury to the same knee.
  • •2\.Poorly motivated patient
  • •3\.Patient with other ligamentous injuries requiring surgical repair or reconstruction.
  • •4\.Patient who are unable to complete MRI examination due to claustrophobia or anxiety.
  • •5\.Patient who continue to smoke during study protocol.
