1. Inclusion Criteria
1) Adults 20–80 years old
2) Those who decided to volunteer for the study were willing to follow the rules of the clinical study plan after understanding the purpose of the present clinical trial.
2 Exclusion Criteria
1) History of colon resection
2) Inflammatory bowel disease
3) Colonic polyposis syndrome
4) Patients who refused to participate in the study.
5) Patients who could not undergo tissue biopsy or polyp resection because they were currently taking dual antiplatelets and should not stop taking them.
6) Contraindication for colonoscopy
7) History of failed colonoscopy
8) Suspicion of bowel obstruction or perforation
9) Current pregnancy or breastfeeding
10) Patients who needed a colonoscopy for treatment procedure (e.g., colonoscopy for polyp resection)
11) Patients with other inadequacies as judged by the researcher
