Inclusion Criteria

Non-vigorous babies born through meconium stained amniotic fluid.The vigour status is decided just after birth on the basis of heart rate, tone and respiration.

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with major congenital malformation,respiratory distress due to suspected congenital heart disease,consent not obtained
