1) Persons having BMI less than 18.5 kg/sq.mtr

2) Persons having BMI 18.5 to 24.9 kg/sq.mtr

3) Otherwise apparently healthy individuals.

Exclusion Criteria

A)Pregnant women B)Known case of â??

1.Diarrhea

2.Hemorrhoids

3.Fissure

4.Tuberculosis

5.Acquired immune deficiency syndrome

6.Irritable bowel syndrome

7.Cancer of gastrointestinal tract

8.Intestinal Kochâ??s

9.Crohnâ??s disease

C)Person with history of constipation, loose motion due to intake of any drug.

D)Any surgical history related to gastrointestinal tract.
