- •(1\) Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis or diabetic coma or type 1 diabetes (2\) Patients with severe liver injury or severe renal insufficiency (3\) Patients with severe infection or preoperative period or traumatic injury (4\) Anti\-GAD antibody positive patients (5\) Pregnant or nursing woman (6\) Patients with having past history of allergic event (7\) Patients suffered from severe Cardiovascular events before 6 months (8\) Ineligible patients for any other reasons
