(1) Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis or diabetic coma or type 1 diabetes (2) Patients with severe liver injury or severe renal insufficiency (3) Patients with severe infection or preoperative period or traumatic injury (4) Anti-GAD antibody positive patients (5) Pregnant or nursing woman (6) Patients with having past history of allergic event (7) Patients suffered from severe Cardiovascular events before 6 months (8) Ineligible patients for any other reasons
