Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Subjects belonging to the age group of 35 to 70 years of both sexes.
  • •2\.Patients diagnosed with varying stages of periodontitis according to the 2017 classification, and with/without a documented history of bronchial asthma.
  • •3\.Non\-Smokers.
  • •4\.Additionally, participants must possess the capacity to provide informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Suffering from any systemic disease
  • •2\.History of any treatment for periodontal disease in the past six months
  • •3\.Use of any antibiotics or anti\-inflammatory drugs in the last 6 months
  • •4\.Pregnant or breastfeeding individuals
