Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (1\) people who will participate voluntarily in the trial, (2\) healthy and physically fit males and females having DOMS within 24 hours.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (1\) Pregnancy, musculoskeletal disease, systemic neurological disease cancer, mental illness, Drug addiction, allergy to the shockwave gel, cardiac illness, vascular disease of the limb or the CNS, regional scars, loss of sensation, history of surgery, fracture, infections. (2\) Patients who will recently intake analgesics or NSAIDs, (3\) History of DOMS within last weeks.
