- •- Body weight > 30 kg
- •- Positive HCV RNA
排除标准
- •- History of HCV infection with ever-treated
- •- Pregnant woman
- •- Uncontrollable underlying disease, e.g., HIV-infected patient who started ARV < 1 month or has an opportunistic infection
- •- Significant fibrosis: AST to Platelet Ratio Index (APRI) > 0.5
