Inclusion Criteria
Any patient above the age of 16 years diagnosed with primary nasolacrimal duct obstruction will be included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
patients with previous failed DCR surgery,periocular skin diseases,previous eyelid surgeries,Ectropion,Entropion,nasal pathology,patients not willing to participate in the study would be excluded from the study
