简要总结
Introduction: Breast cancer survivors frequently experience persistent physical and psychological impairments after treatment. Objective: To evaluate the effects of different exercise modalities on physical and psychological outcomes in breast cancer survivors. Methods: A controlled clinical trial compared Pilates, Resistance Exercise, Yoga and a Control Group over eight weeks, with assessments at baseline, after one week, post-intervention and four-week follow-up. Results: Exercise interventions improved anxiety, depression, pain, daytime sleepiness, sleep quality and quality of life. Similar benefits were observed across the three exercise modalities. Conclusion: Structured exercise programs represent a safe and effective non-pharmacological strategy for improving important physical and psychological outcomes in breast cancer survivors.
