Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •All patients of either sex 18\-65 years of ASA physical status I\-II
- •Patient undergoing unilateral total knee replacement surgery under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients refusal
- •Any contraindications of spinal anaesthesia
- •Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs
- •Surgery duration \>120 minute
- •Surgeries Converted into general anesthesia
- •Inability to comprehend visual analogue scale (VAS) score,
- •Diabetic neuropathy and other neurological deficits in thelower limb.
- •Chronic opioid and other analgesic user
