Inclusion Criteria
All patients of either sex 18-65 years of ASA physical status I-II
Patient undergoing unilateral total knee replacement surgery under spinal anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Patients refusal
Any contraindications of spinal anaesthesia
Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs
Surgery duration >120 minute
Surgeries Converted into general anesthesia
Inability to comprehend visual analogue scale (VAS) score,
Diabetic neuropathy and other neurological deficits in thelower limb.
Chronic opioid and other analgesic user
