If the craniovertebral angle angle <50, then a participant will participate in the study
Patients will be included if they were 18 years of age or over.
have unilateral or bilateral chronic neck pain more than 3 months duration.
will be able to attend a full course of 18 treatments given three times a week
the presence of any of the following:
(i) systemic pathology including any inflammatory joint disease.
(ii) prior history of overt injury or surgery relating to the musculoskeletal system.
disorder related to the spine and extremities.
(iii) musculoskeletal pain in the last three months
